Our prices are for 2 people per apartment and per day. We charge supplements per night for further persons in the amount of 15,00 Euro. The prices are for staying more then three nights.

Information
- The flats are furnished with bed-linen, towels, cleaning rag and detergent.
- Children with parents until 16 years are free
- For the final cleaning we charge 60,00 Euro.
- Tourist tax 1,75€/person/overnight (starting from the age of 14). For that you receive the MOBILCARD. This card allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol as well as selected cableways
Reservation: Reservations become binding upon the payment of a deposit of €150.00. (caparra, Art. 1385 ZGB) and the sending of booking confirmation.

Cancellation is only valid in writing.
Prices include 10% VAT.
There is no charge for cancellations made up to 3 months prior to the holiday start date and we transfer you the deposit subtract 25% charge.
From 3 months to 1 month prior to the holiday start date we charge the deposit.
From 1 month prior to the holiday start date or in the case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 70% of the holiday cost. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
Payment: You can pay cash under €2999,00 at the end of your holidays or by bank transfer the amount before you start your journey. Payment by credit card or debit card are not accepted.
The following cancellation policies also apply: In case of anticipated departure or late arrival, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
This price list supersedes all previous price lists. Errors as well as date and price modifications are subject to change. Any tax increases will be charged.
The apartments are available starting from 3 p.m. on arrival day and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on departure day. We will be happy to provide you with fresh linen and towels. You also may take advantage of our bread delivery service.
